Meet Sharonda

Sharonda Davila-Irving is the driving force behind SI Impact Pro Consulting Group, bringing over two decades of expertise in professional development, coaching, and workforce training. Her journey into coaching was inspired by her own transformative experience with a mentor who saw her potential and worked alongside her to elevate her performance. This experience solidified her belief in the power of representation and the life-changing impact of coaching.

Sharonda’s expertise spans diverse industries and audiences. She has:

  • Designed and led district-wide training for over 4,000 educators, principals, and instructional leaders.

  • Created workforce development programs in partnership with the DC Department of Employment Services.

  • Facilitated leadership workshops for organizations such as the Junior League of DC and real estate firms.

  • Coached aspiring leaders, helping them transition from classroom teachers to principals, instructional coaches, and assistant principals.

Beyond her professional accolades, Sharonda is deeply committed to fostering equitable practices within organizations and achieving measurable growth. Her proven track record of analyzing data and tailoring strategies ensures her clients consistently reach their goals.

When she’s not empowering clients, Sharonda is a wife, mom, and lifelong learner who finds joy in mentoring others and exploring new ways to inspire change.
